There are lots of Gyms offering fantastic services and great membership packages so sometimes finding the gym that suits you and your requirements takes time and patience. To assist with this choice the best thing to do is to do your research and gather a list of the gyms in your area. Give them a call and organise to go in and have a look. A lot of Gyms and Fitness clubs offer a one day trial so that you can go in and use their facilities and hopefully get a feel for the gym and what it has to offer. Whilst there you should approach the staff and other gym members and ask them any questions that you may have. Word of mouth is another great way to find a fitness club. Weight loss camps called “Boot Camps” are also occasionally offered by fitness clubs. They are a great way to loose weight and increase your cardiovascular fitness. BOOTCAMP is a high intensity military style outdoor training program designed to challenge all aspects of your health and fitness. It is usually a few weeks of intense training that will give you serious results. You do not need to be fit to go as each person is given a fitness test to determine which programme would suit them. This type of fitness regime would be great for a group of friends looking for something healthy to do together or a work function to help with workmate bonding
